Venus and Mars Pudding Ingredients 500g fresh strawberries, hulled 25g caster sugar 2 Mars Bars 500ml strawberry yoghurt 500ml double cream Small handful toasted almonds 50g plain, dark chocolate, grated 500g fresh strawberries, hulled 25g caster sugar 2 Mars Bars 500ml strawberry yoghurt 500ml double cream Small handful toasted almonds 50g plain, dark chocolate, grated METHOD How to make Venus and Mars pudding 1. Cut each Mars Bar into ten slices and put in a medium bowl with the strawberry yogurt. Cover and chill overnight. 2. Take a quarter of the strawberries and blitz in a food processor with the sugar to make a puree. Scrape into a bowl. Slice the remaining strawberries. 3. Whip the double cream until just before it peaks and fold into the yogurt. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries and strawberry sauce. Spoon into dessert dishes and chill. 4. Before serving, sprinkle with almonds and chocolate. Decorate with mint.
