I have no honey or golden syrup but i do have condensed milk, im sure a recipe was on here sometime using the milk. Can someone please help me out! thank you

RICE BUBBLE BISCUITS - 4 oz. butter, 2 cups sugar, 1 egg, 1 tblsp condensed milk, 1 tsp vanilla, 2 cups flour, 2 tsp b. powder, half tsp b. soda, 2 cups rice bubbles, 1 cup coconut. Cream butter and sugar and condensed milk. Beat in egg, then add remaining ingredients. Roll in balls and flatten with a fork. Bake on greased tray in moderate to slow oven until golden.
