He doesn't just promote that contrived "molecular gastronomy" side of things; he recently opened a restaurant in London which celebrates English traditions.We tried to get a booking there for May this year and they are completely booked out until the end of May.

I love his stuff. im saving to get his book called Fantastical Feasts so I can admire, if not at least attempt his fantastic recipes.

I found it very interesting, but I don't think I personally would have tried the worms or crickets (but that's just me), but what I do notice is he isn't constantly using the "f" word like Gordon "f-ing" Ramsay.
