happygabi, try doing a search here on this Trademe MB using muffins or banana muffins as the Keyword(s) and Anytime as the Date posted option - from time to time there have been lovely muffin recipes posted that would be good for you to choose from; and/or if you're really wanting a huge collection to choose from, have a look at Trademe Cooks' "The Marvellous Muffin Thread" - all the TMC recipes can be accessed/downloaded from:-
Banana Muffins 1 cup Sugar; ¼ cup Oil; 2 Eggs; 3 Bananas - mashed; 3 tablespoons Sour Cream (or milk); 1 tablespoon Baking Soda; 2 cups Flour Beat sugar and oil. Add eggs and bananas and mix well. Dissolve baking soda in sour cream. Slowly add the soda mix to the banana mix. Mix in flour and blend gently together. Spray muffin tins with non stick spray. Bake at 200°C for 20 - 25 minutes This recipe works. You can put in 1/2c choc chips.
