trying to loose weight so need a heathly idea, any help appreciated

lean meat grilled , chicken without the skin on ( kebabs are good ), lots of steamed veges , salads without heaps of dressing ( lemon juice is nice ) , heaps of water , fish etc

Have you looked at the healthy food website! www.healthyfood.co.nz Lots of great recipes there and means you donlt have to live on dull food just cos it's low fat.

Before dinner have a nice big glass of water.
Use a smaller plate and make sure half of it has veges, quarter starch and quarter lean protein.
As you eat, put your utensils down between mouthfuls.

go to your library and investigate Low GI diets too. As I believe they are sustainable long term, it just means making different choices for your carbs and meals, not cutting out any particular food group.

i am going to gym every morning and walking every evening, i only eat healty meals but get stuck on meat and salad need some refreshing ideas, only got weight from baby never been big before
