If I want some-thing quick I fry an onion in butter, add about 2-3 T flour, 1/2 t curry pdr, milk, open a tin of salmon add juice to sauce. Boil a few eggs, slice, add salmon leaving a few chunks, add eggs, try not to break up. Serve on rice with peas. Others are savs or sausages, spuds, peas and carrots. I have frozen pottles of veg soup in the freezer- have with toast. We some-times have eggs, spagetti, savs and toast.
