my basic seasoning : I make a grind of black pepper and sichuan pepper, and use that plus salt, garlic, chilli, ginger followed by whatever else the dish requires. Spices piri piri, cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin, allspice, star anise.

I rarely make sweet things these days.I use cinnamon in Moroccan meat dishes and salads and in South Asian and Malaysian curries.

Cumin,coriander, paprika smoked &hot,cinnamon, cayenne pepper, & nutmeg.
I add a little cinnamon to tomato sauce recipes, also when cooking roast veggies it is usually included in my mix I throw on.

paprika chilli garlic mustard salt pepper, with a couple of tablespoons of cornflour throw it in a lunch box with chicken pieces and shake it around
bake at 200 for 20-30

onions garlic tumeric salt cooked off in butter add rice then 2 cups of chicken stock

my fusspot kids right from 2yrold to12 yrold hoovered the lot
i was wrapped!

I used to have a beautiful spice cake recipe that included mace in the sticky topping.it was divine, I wish I could find it again!

I add it to couscous but also to my breakfast which is grated apple and raw rolled oats - apparently it's very good for your metabolism but also yummy on banana sandwiches and porridge

Pepper and cardamom are the two I use most.
Then ginger (fresh, rarely ground/dried) and garlic (okay so not really a spice, but I use it like one).
