Half a dead mouse or frog in frozen peas is about the biggest turn-off.
My children would sometimes pull one very long hair from a sandwich, but it was always a clean hair ;)

I've also heard of people finding fingers with a bandage still on in tins of peaches, but I still buy tinned peaches - I'm just grateful that so far I haven't found any unwanted extras.
