Tips and tricks for induction cooktops

i've had my cooktop for a couple of weeks or so now and it's great! But tonight i learned that you can melt chocolate directly in a pot on the stovetop and keep it nice and melted by just leaving it sitting there on the lowest heat. And also that you can put a casserole on low (maybe 2?) all day and leave it safely cooking like you would a crockpot and come home to a cooked dinner.2 things i didn't know... so any other tips and tricks anyone might have?
