Has anyone cooked peans before? I have grown them this year and cooked them like snow peas when they were young pods. Now some have got away on me and the peans inside are a bit bigger than pea size. I've podded them and put them into a tomato "puree" from my own grown tomatoes. They are really tasty - a bit like baked beans. They seem to be a cross between peas and beans. They grow like climbing beans. I bought the seeds from mapua trading company I wondered if anyone else had other ways to cook them?
