Anyone got the recipe he puts out that they can share on here or else what is your favorite rub you use before smoking meat or fish

for sea fish brown sugar and salt and for trout I use honey and salt simple as that.

Good for pork or chicken....
brown sugar .. paprika.. salt.. black pepper.. white pepper.. cayenne pepper .. garlic powder.. onion powder
Adjust the heat by using more or less cayenne pepper....
