Hi, We are hosting a luau party and want to serve pina coladas, however I do not drink and do not know which is the best rum for them?Any advice?Thanks!

Malibu or wipeout, but I prefer mailbu, their website has all the recipes

Malibu is pure Suntan Lotion taste. One splash, and plenty of WHITE RUM.

The recipe I make at work is 30ml Bacardi, 15ml Malibu, (you're only allowed 45ml of alcohol in a drink at the casino so our recipes are structured accordingly) 60ml coconut cream, 120ml pineapple juice, a few chunks of fresh pineapple (when available) & 1/2 a glass of ice. Throw it all in a blender & give it heaps :) Pour into a cocktail glass & enjoy!

I've found recipes for them but it doesn't really specify which is better white or dark.We won't be buying the malibu as we have heaps of pineapple and coconut here.
