I have a large marrow and can only think to stuff and bake it, usually use a spicy mince and rice stuffing, any other ideas...??

mushrooms, tomato, caps, corn, ham, bacon, cheese, tomato paste, garlic, herbs, broccoli carrot, pumpkin for some ideas:)
