Growing them for the first time.How do I store the ready ones until I have enough to pickle, in the fridge?
One was hiding and by the time I found it was was getting big, can I leave it to grow and eat like a cucumber?

You can wash them and store in the fridge (plastic bag) until there are enough to pickle. You can use the big ones as cucumbers or peel them and bottle them separately as pickled cucumber or slice and use as bread and butter cucumbers - lovely.
