have never cooked these before but know they only take a few minutes. I wondered if I do the flour dip then egg then breadcrubs and shallow fry will this work? Or should I make a sort of batter? Thanks. :o) Have garlic aioli to dip them in... yum

crumbed will work fine.

Or just pan fry in a little garlic and butter for a minute or two. overcook them and they will be like rubber.
