Depends how fancy you want to get! Just go simple with a lovely fresh tossed salad and new baby potatoes tossed in butter and sprinkled with chopped chives or parsley. You could have a nice fresh crunchy bread roll on the side and follow up with a fresh fruit salad. Yum!

Yum! I've decided on a fresh lettuce salad with tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, grapes, red onion - fresh corn on the cob and a spinach and feta cob loaf... thanks your ideas got me thinking!
