I tried these mussels a chef cooked once. They were the most delicious I have ever tasted. Cooked in the shell & I had to guess the ingredients which I think was breadcrumbs and parmesan - anyone know!

What to do with bought marinated mussels, apart from just gobbing them from the pottle.

Make a nice salad with them - with capsicum of different colours and lots of red onion rings. Serve with olive oil, cider vinegar, salt & pepper and maybe a splash of soy sauce or a bit of hot mustard to spice it up a bit.
