Im trying to make these little christmas balls with cream cheese, melted white choc and cranberries but the mixture wont harden up wat can i use to harden it up a bit I have to roll them in balls then in coconut..

Put in the fridge for a short time to cool mixture....hope it helps.

spread them on a tray - so that the mixture has more surface area and return to fridge.

The choc should stiffen up as should the creamcheese....try freezer if not use a little icing sugar, hope it works for you.

Did you use the full-cream cream cheese - the 'light' versions don't set as well

I made some out of the latest Aust WW and put them in the freezer for dipping later. There was no way I could form them into balls, it was a gluggy mess. I could only just drop teaspoons onto the paper. When I took them out of the freezer for dipping they still weren't that hard. I used the right cream cheese as well. Add to that the dark chocolate clouded as well, though half a dozen kept their shine. I felt like putting them down the loo!.
