That's pretty good, real simple way to make a step by step vid that's easy to follow. Prawns are cheap this week, I have a kilo of uncooked frozen Vannamei, & have been drooling at the idea of making a Jambalaya. I will probably cut down on the rice, maybe cut chicken pieces on the bone, a beerstick or 2 chopped in. Just gotta work out substitutes for those American sauces!

Cripes! Thats alot of ingredients! And jerk seasoning in jambalaya? Ainsley would freak mon! Isn't jerk jamacian? Anyrate, I have a more kiwi reciepe for jamalaya but it still tastes pretty authentic if anyones interested?
