I use rump steak in my sapasui, dice it and fry it with some onion and garlic, while that's frying off I soak the vermicelli in some hot water to soften them and then when they are soft and have soaked up all the water I add the soya sauce to the vermicelli and the add them to the steak and onion and then just add more soya sauce as needed..Sorry I don't use measurements,I do it all by taste

I cut my meat up, marinate for a bit with garlic, salt, pepper. and i use hi- mark dark soy. Soak vermecilli til clear, drain and chop. Fry meat i add cabbage and carrot strips too. Add noodles, and more soy i like mine a nice dark colour. Yumm. Ive also tried a google recipe says to add a pkt of mushroom soup mix to the meat when frying before adding noodles, also yum

Ginger is the difference.
The vermicelli with orange marking is best, others will dry out if left on the stove too long.
