If nogrannyma dosen't see this why dont you make your fav choc muffin recipe ice with thin layer of choc icing and put marshmallows cut in half on top drizzle with thin icing or melted chocolate. Secret is to know whether she has added choc chips, mini marshmallows, chopped nuts to the mixture as a lot of recipes have them added in,choose what you want and try it,i think about 2/3 cup of mini marshmallows and chop chips would be fine or leave them plain.

Rocky rd muffins
Ingredients 1/4 c milk 1 egg 1 c natural yogurt 50g butter,melted 2 c flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 c sugar 1/2 c small marshmallows 1/2 c roughyl chopped chocolate 1/2 c of peanuts 1/2 c jubes or any jelly type lolly Mix milk,egg,yogurt and butter Add remaining ingredients and mix until just combined Spoon into well greased muffin pans and bake at 180 C for 12-15 mins HINT: Top with icing made from 1 Tblspn each cocoa,butter and milk heated together and mixed with sufficient icing sugar to make a paste.Place marshmallows or jubes in icing before it sets. ENJOY! :)
