I prefer hansells to the easiyo brand, the easiyo seems gluey in texture!YUk

I switch between the two brands depending on whether one is on special.I am currently using Hansells which can be a bit watery when you open the container, but it doesn't curdle.

Jody23 - if you give it a good fast stirring whilst still in the making container, it will be smoother.I use a long handled salad server spoon to get to the bottom of the container.

I had trouble with them not setting a while ago too, and just stopped buying it for a while.I'm using them again now and no problems at the moment - touch wood.

It may be just hot now and too hot water near the walls and it may overferment there if left for too long, like overnight. Try shorteningthe time, perhaps, or using not as hot water.

I'm pleased others had trouble with it setting. We did about a month ago, first one I had made up in ages, as hubby always does it and it went runny, so I was band from that job. I never eat it so was doing him a favour. I wont tell him they were having trouble, I would rather stay band.!!!!.
