Sure, not really a recipe excact but more of a throw together...thinly slice potato's and layer into a deep dish oven proof bowl/casserole dish. Then over this I usually put some sliced onion, then cover with a layer of cheese, repeat process untill you have about 3-4 layers. Pour in a 500ml or whatever amount you like so it covers everything. Finally cut up your bacon ( The more the better, lol) into little bits and put this all over the top of potato bake, you can add another sprinkle of cheese on top if you like. I don't like to put the bacon into the layers as raw bacon gives the dish a horrible taste. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper. Then, bang it in the oven and cook. Yummo.

Don't have to put cheese in. I use a packet of bacon and onion soup and sour cream/creme fraiche/cream. Don't use cheese usually. But I fry off the onion and bacon, chop up the potatoes, then mix it all together. Do I win the 'badness'?

Chocolate caramel slice, with the caramel cooked so long that it's nice and chewy around the edges, full of flavour and oh-so-moreish. :-D

Hmm. I layer the potato and onion and then pour over cream and top with crumbled crispy cooked bacon bits and grated aged cheddar.

Sounds yummy, I'd say there are a lot's of various ways at making this dish, the above recipe is how I like to do it...but you can never get enough of a good thing. Id eat it anyway it came. OMG... anything that is carby, fatty and covered with golden cheese. :PEspecially if there is caramelized onions involved.
My blue cheese pasta sauce - butter, blue cheese, cream and parmesan, so naughty but so ....very...very ...nice...reminds me I haven`t made it in awhile.

I'd love those truffle recipes if you'd care to share.
Anything with sugar in them. I am addicted to sugar.
