I love brown eyed baker! And those 'Cowboy Cookies' are delish!

I made 'Cowgirl Cookies' from bakerella for Christmas giftsfor my Mum, Nan and my sister. And of course i had to test the recipe - delish too!

(Had to make sure the recipe was going to work, purely not for myself... heehee)

The recipe made enough for a container in the pantry, a container in the freezer and some glad-wrapped ones ready for school lunchboxes next week! Very very yummy bikkies - thx heaps :)

oh I so did!!!!! My hubby doesn't like nuts, so I just swapped the nuts for white choc buttons - they're so good! I was a bit dubious about the cinnamon, but it works! :)

How much is a stick of butter though?I'm thinking 250gms??

A stick of butter is approx 115g.

the recipe calls for 3 sticks of butter which is 341g according to http://www.ochef.com/837.htm
