Is 75 grams worth of cheese and 175g of yoghurt a day a bit much for one person? I'm trying this diet for the second time and this is what they suggest I eat as alternatives for breakfast and lunch.

The smallest tin of Baked Beans is 220g so what you have is starvation rations.

Sorry, I mean of the one thing? Can have fruit with the yoghurt and crackers and veg with the chesse. But having 75 grams of cheese is a bit much. I had it for the first time with those gramages and I'm about to chuck due feeling bloated and gross.

Meat, poutry, fish with veges. The usual things in moderation. Just thought those two things are extreme. I can't eat much of cheese or yoghurt in those grams.
Its to get my Chorlestrol down.

I am low carb and even I wouldn't dream of eating that much cheese in one sitting. It is over ½ a normal round of cheese.
Do you need to be on this diet? Is it varied and flexible enough in what you can eat so that it doesn't become a drag through the winter?
lastly, can you see yourself living on this diet or similar, long term? If you can't then I'd go beck to the drawing board.

I can easily eat that in a day - however I try not to. What sort of diet is this? Sounds low carb from your last post- but then it has crackers? Not quite sure how it works?

I've done it before and dropped 23kgs. Just starting to feel like I can't eat this way a second time round. I want to get back down to 69 kgs or less (around 5 kgs away). Its sure slim and theres no way I would eat that much cheese, plus the yoghurt. I like both but its just too much a day but they say that I have to to avoid slowing my metobolism.

No its not. Cheese is a option you can have, but they want me to eat 75grams in one sitting.

Get some philly light cheese - its ok to have 75grams of that.

Yes you shouldn't slow your metabolism - but you need not eat that much cheese in one hit. Also i would rather cut out those crispbreads. Those are just empty carbs. Eat some more green veges instead, cauli, broccoli, spinach - that sort of thing.
