Does any body have an instruction book for a Moffat Gourmet 2000 Turbofan oven, will pay for a copy.

Sorry, I'm sitting here looking at my Moffat Gourmet 2000 Turbofan oven, but I 'inherited' it from the last owners, without instruction book, lol!

Hi, lyl_guy I inherited mine from last owners to, how to you get on cooking cakes i found the temperature quite high, what do you cook yours on.
