I know this is a receipe thread but it is all to do with the kitchen. We have no manul and need to know should it hookup to hot or cold tap? ? ? help please

Thats what we thought cause it has an element, but it is hooked up to the hot water - are we wasting money and not only using heated water but it heating it again when it goes through the cycle? hence my question - thanks for yor answer

no once you hookup to the hot water the element should automaticaly turn of but turn your water down to 65 or below as dishwashers are built for cold not hot water.

Intermittent leak from bottom right side of machine. No obvious signs of broken or split pipes.
Water not draining at the end of cycle so we have dirty water left sitting in the base of the machine.
