Hi, I know you all are such little angels,

I'm need a fluffypancake recipe that I can make and put in the
fridge tonight? !

Got visitor coming for breakfast and so I need a recipe that is FOOLPROOF, so I can IMPRESS! !

Don't think mixture can be kept overnight, i. e needs to be used as soon as mixing?

fluffy mixture has beaten egg white added last. This will not keep overnight. But you can make up the mix and addegg white in the morning.

There's at least a couple of recipes there that could most likely be pre-prepared as lilyfield suggests.
