Got given a shopping bag full. Very hard to cut and sour. How do you ripen them quickly?

I put mine in a brown paper bag(one that you get wine in from the supermarket), then pop in an apple or two and close the bag. Ive also heard banana does the same job, but have'nt tried it.

Banana works equally well, takes about a week to ten days though.

Unless you have something in mind for a whole ripe bag of kiwifruit just ripen a few at a time, with an apple as others have said.

A palstic bag is better, it doesnt let the ethylene (spp) (gas given off by ripening fruit) out
