1 cup of each of the following: Chopped marshmallows, whipped cream, pineapple, coconut and orange with all the pith and fibre removed.
Mix gently and chill. Serves 6 – 8.
PUMPKIN FRUIT CAKE
8 oz butter1 cup sugar2 eggs 2 cups flour1 cup cold mashed pumpkin 1tsp Baking powder1lb mixed fruitEssences
Cream butter and sugar, add eggs then pumpkin. Mix well then add flourand BP. Lastly add fruit and essences. I use a ring tin at 180deg for 1 – 1 ½ hours.

thanks very much everyone. I hadn't actually thought about selling them on here. Duh me!
