i think wonton wrappers are a different pastry. let us know purdie if you can find them. our family have just discovered them and loving making and eting them.

If you do decide to make your own, don't skimp on the kneading and resting of the dough. I've had to resort to making my own as I can find anywhere is central or south Taranaki that sell them.

wonder if it would be possible to send some to you. I once sent some of the winning potato top pies to Danny at newstalk radio, wrapped them in tinfoil, then put 2 chilleer bags in the shoe box. they were delivered the next day and they said they were perfect. have a think about it.
