I bought a spray bottle of Vinagrette in France made from EVO and it is so handy for spraying over Avocado/ salads etc.The taste is delicious. Will just have to go back to France to buy another one when it runs out .

Whilst I guess that EVO is something Overpriced and soon to be Over Here I am glad you have found something you love and absolutely agree that when you run out you will just HAVE to go back to get more. In fact I think I will go as well - I mean we all have to experience, don't we?

I might go as well - as Vinegrette is so difficult to make yourself. Where in France did you buy it?

Sorry can't remember exactly but think it was around Rheims,it was on the table at a restaurant we went to so I looked in the supermarket and found it.It just has lovely light spray when you depress the button,I don't think it was expensive. This is what it looks like http://www.amazon.it/SMA-Diffusion-Vaporizzatore-Vinaigrette-25/dp/B00GM0FLYC

EVO is extra virgin olive oil and the other ingredient is balsamic vinegar.

Ohh ok. In any event I still think you need to go back and buy some; I mean that is the bestest thing to do *nods* as only then can you keep trying to perfect yourself and then go back to refine the recipe to share on here.

Definitely need to return so I spend hours browsing in the supermarkets again.

Lol. That is good. Dreamers you are entering nightmares territory here! I have yet to taste a vinaigrette I like mostly due to the taste of balsamic vinegar. Not to mention that I only like light tasting olive oils . I have a Simon Gault recipe book given to me by my DH for Christmas that has a vinaigrette with no vinegar in it. Interesting. I am always searching for the perfect dressing. So far pure orange juice has been popular with Mr 7 who demolished his baby spinach covered in this. No one likes dressings especially vinaigrette in my family. Tricky word to spell too.
loukirby I might get some of those, which are your favourites?

Tamarillo is my fav but I also have Black Doris Plum, and Black Raspberry. I will give the Pomegranate with ginger a go next.
