Freeze them, eat them frozen, they are like a sorbet.

Or if you freeze them you can use them as icecubes in wine or other drinks; they don't water down the liquid :-)Or use them with other fruit on toothpicks or kebab sticks for fruit kebabs. Can dip them in choc and nuts too.Saw a recipe for grapes coated in cream cheese and covered in chopped nuts but haven't tried it personally.

Roast them, white with white meat and red with red, cook some spanish onions first, pop in some either red or white wine and enjoy
Grape jam. We made it last year and it was delicious!

If you enjoy sweet things grape jelly is delicious.Make it the same way as redcurrant or guava jelly - cook fruit to a pulp, pass through a jelly bag, measure.Bring to a boil, add sugar in the proportion of 800g per litre of juice, boil hard until it reaches setting point.

Depends on the type of grape, not all grapes make good wine, some do, some don't.

I made some wine with eating grapes, it was not a nice wine at all. On saying that try a 1/2 gallon of pure grape juice and see what you get.

Heat them to extract the juice, strain, then add sugar to make a syrup/cordial of it. Lovely with soda. Also, google Grape Jelly recipes. Eat it on bread or toast, or it's a nice addition to an apple pie (before baking).

Thanks for the awesome recipes folks. We made grape juice, grape pie, grape jam and grape jelly last night/evening.These grapes are really sour though and had to add more sugar to everything except the jelly which we haven't tasted that one yet.

To make delicious grape juice. Place jars in the oven at 100°C - I use the pop-top jars and lids from jam, pasta sauce etc. ask your friends to save them for you. check that the undersides of the lids are not rusty. Place the pop-top lids in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a simmer to sterilise them. Wash the grapes and shake lightly to dry a little, or leave in a colander or sieve. Bring to the boil some syrup - 1 cup sugar to 3 cups water. ( or reduce the sugar to your taste) times the quantity you want. Stir often to dissolve the sugar. When that is boiling and the sugar is dissolved, remove the jars, a few at a time, from the oven and place on a wooden or similar surface (thick newspaper works fine too) so they won't break going straight onto a cold surface. Remove the grapes from the bunches and fill each jar to 1/3 full with grapes. Carefully pour over the syrup, a little at a time, to completely fill the jars right to the top. Place the pop-top lids on and screw tight. Set aside to cool. As they cool, the pop-top lids will pop down to seal the jar. Wash the jars when cold. Over the next couple of weeks, the colour and flavour of the grapes will seep into the syrup, making lovely grape juice.
This is delicious chilled - pour some into a glass and top up with lemonade. just delicious. I've also used this same method with passionfruit pulp, filling each jar a third full with pulp, then topping it up with the boiling syrup. I would think this would be great with blackcurrants too. and for any berries. It's also great to use for a party punch. add the grapes also, as they taste good too. Pour some grape juice into a large bowl, add lemonade and ice, and you have easy and delicious punch.
