This one is sooooo good. Got it from the "we don't have to buy it cos we can make it thread" I think, but can't find the person to credit. Here it is anyway, 2cup water, 1/4cup vinegar up to 1/2 tsp liquid detergent. Put in spray bottle. My windows never been cleaner

ok ... . mwood... . I have washed the floor, n cleaned my windows... . now I am going to want a hint to wash the ceiling... . anyone? ? ? ? ? ?

Fill half a spray bottle with white vinegar, add 2 TBs of baking soda VERY SLOWLY as it will fizz as you're adding it. Top up the bottle with water and add a quick squirt of dishwashing liquid or eucalyptus oil. Spray onto walls or ceiling, leave for a few minutes, go spray another area, come back to the first and wipe or mop with warm water. Fly poop, mould and mildew just wipe away :)

Thanks very much for that, it sounds really awesome. And i will throw away all the others that i got from the supermarket, and this one is alot cheaper than the shops, i cant believe how cheap it is. And i hope that you and your family will have a lovely Christmas

Quickest, easiest way to clean combs, hairbrushes - add baking soda to boiling water & soak. Dirt etc lifts out no scrubbing.

•First of all, you need to get to the stain as quickly as possible. If you get to the wax before it hardens, it will clean up much easier.
•Secondly, wet candle wax can be more effectively cleaned up because it has not reached the deep carpet pile yet. The deeper it gets, the harder it will be to clean up completely.
•If the wax is wet, you can apply a bit of pressure with a clean terry cloth to the area. Keep moving the cloth to a clean area. Most of the wet wax will soak up into the cloth rather than into the carpeting. Make sure that you do not rub the area as this will cause the stain to set further into the carpet, making it that much worse to get out.
•If the candle wax has hardened, the first thing you need to do is to use a dull knife or other dull object to scrape off the excess candle wax from the carpet. Most of the wax will come off in this manner. Be careful not to smash it down even more so, though.
•If this does not remove all of the wax, then try the iron method. Here, you will simply place a few layers of paper towels that are clean, dry and white, to the area. Then apply a warm iron to the top of the towels. This will cause the candle wax to melt just enough to be absorbed into the paper towel. Keep moving the paper towels to absorb more and more of the wax. You can keep doing this, or stop and try to scrape off the additional wax.

Are you using Firefox or Internet Explorer as your browser?
If you're using Firefox you'll see a tab right up at the top of your screen, - the 5th one over is headed "Bookmarks"
Go to the page you want to save, and then click "Bookmarks"
The first option on the drop down menu is ""Bookmark this page"
Click that option, a confirmation box will appear on the right of your screen - click "Done" and you're done !
Next time you want that page just click "Bookmarks" again and the saved page will be in there

On an old edition of Explorer it might be called 'Favorites' instead of 'Bookmarks'.

Pickles:Listening to Shannon Lush Saturday morning for cleaning windows she said to use white vinegar neat then use paper towels NOT newspaper as it goes smeary. You get a streak free window everytime.
