I'm trying to find some of these "Premium Nonstick Muffin Top Pans".I want to use them for making low carb Flaxseed buns, which have a wet mix.
The cups are 4 inches in diameter. The muffin top pan is quite a bit larger than the standard buns and just a hair smaller than jumbo buns.

Tried the online thing and no one ships to NZ that I can find.

Thanks no luck there

why not go for the Circulon muffin pans! Heavy weight and no need for spray of any kind. Bread just falls out of the bread pan as do muffins from the muffin pan.

They are too deep, needs to be more like a yorkshire pudding pan, like small shallow saucers.

So what is wrong with the patty pan!

Check out whoopie tins. I know the kitchen shop by work has them.

You can get a Yorkshire pudding tin, although there are only four per tray
