Seabreeze - vodka, cranberry and pink grapefruit juice - can't remember the quantities but it's my favourite homemade cocktail especially in summer.I mix it in a tall glass with lots of ice.

Have also bought a couple of pre-made cocktail mixes to keep in the freezer - margarita and mojito - but not sure they'll last until Christmas if we have friends round before then

Can't go past a Pina Colada if you ask me. And my friend goes absolutely mad for a well made Mojito. I made a sugar syrup last summer to use in cocktails. It was dead easy and made all the difference.
I can pull out some recipes if you like!

A shot of Vanilla Vodka, topped with ginger beer, ice and a few mint leaves.Beautiful.
