What can you use it for apart from rice bubble cakes, I bought a punnet for a slice I made, useda tablespoon so now have a tub to use upbefore the 19th.

make chocolates !

1 C icing sugar
1C skim milk powder
1/2 C melted kremelta
1 T cocoa - a good spoonful

Sift dry then add melted kremelta.

add things like nuts and fruit or chopped up hokey pokey :)

Pour into lined pan to set. Or you you could add to cup cake cups etc.

Chocolate Mint Slice
This is delicious but decadent

Base:
125 gm Butter
½ cup Brown sugar
¾ cup Flour
1 Tbsp Cocoa
1 tsp Baking Powder
Pinch salt
Cream butter and sugar, add sifted dry ingredients, Mix. Press into swiss roll tin and bake 150 deg C for 20 minutes. Cool

Filling:
125 gm Kremelta
2 cups Icing Sugar
2 Egg whites
1 cup of coconut (can be substituted with 1 cup ground almonds)
1 ½tsp Peppermint essence
Drops of green food colouring
Melt kremelta, add to a mixer bowl containing other ingredients. Whip well and spread over base. When set, ice with chocolate icing. ( I used chocolate ganache)
Cut into small squares/rectangles

Tooooo good!Love making this if I have an excuse to buy a tub of kremelta.
