Re-tinning/lining copper pots/pans!

Melanie.contact St Clair Copper. They are in Auckland. They are the only copper re-tinners in New Zealand as far as I am aware.

They do a fabulous job melanie and though not cheap.it is worth doing if you love using your copper pans.

Hi Melanie - Did you get this done? I bought some home from a trip to France (very old ones) that need retinning. Would be interested to know what you eventually did.

Hey there, just in case anyone stumbles onto this, I have just had three pots done by Progressive Polishers in New Lynn. They don't use the traditional method, but instead electroplate a thick layer on. They've done a lovely job, just cooked dinner in one of the pots, all good.
