Hi Here is my recipe - I use minced paua 2 chopped onions sauteed in pan till tender, add mined paua and salt and pepper - cook gently for about 10 mins then add 300 mls cream. Simmer gently for around 15 minutes then thicken with a tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup of water.I let it cool off and keep in the fridge till the next day - its more flavoursome.
