You should always thaw out a chicken before cooking,you can never cook it long enough or hot enough to kill the bugs if frozen.

I have found the only problem with cooking from frozen is the taste so I no longer cook from frozen.

The effects of food poisoning are sometimes slow to develop maybe its building up, <looks intently into eyes> how do you really feel.
