yep ..... I wouldn't take a chance after 48 hours max ... should have been frozen.Sorry.However my dad used to have a cast-iron stomach and loved foods that had been left a bit long ...

yea only got them yesterday and have a brother coming from Perth tomorrow and wont to cook them fresh,wasnt sure how long to keep them as we usually eat them on the same day.

They will be fine, just make sure you cook them through, this will kill all the bacteria.
