I ripped a recipe out of a magazine for a carrot and zucchini frittata and only got half the instructions..i have it all up to sautee carrots onions zucchini etc and then add the flour and parsley and thats all ive got what comes next ?? It has eggs in there too somewhere.. any help would be appreciated as i want to make it for tea !!
