Only ones I've ever seen were KFC 1/4 pack ones that had a flat cardboard lid. Maybe try ringing some wholesale catering places listed in your Yellow Pages? Good luck

I have bought them at a $2 shop, can't remember which one here in Palmy, maybe coin save? You could try through packaging House, I know they do the polystyrene ones, otherwise maybe try toops or Davis Trading, Moore Wilsons?
