Is it whole?If so, then ages if it's kept in a cool dry place.You've just reminded me, I have one sitting in a cupboard that I must do something with.

A whole pumpkin will last for months with a small piece of stalk attached. I have one which would have been in the cupboard for 4-5 months and it is perfectly fine. I keep it in our old storage cupboard which is attached to our house...it has the very fine mesh sides to allow for good air circulation.

I've stored pumpkins for over a year. Just keep them in a cool dark place and make sure they have no damaged bits and they should be fine.

Just check them regularly if they get a soft spot use them right away as they can go rotten very quick otherwise they can last for ages.
