I use Multibake. Not very expensive and it comes in a 35m roll, not a piddly 5m which always runs out just when you need it.

LOL klc1 I agree, sounds like they are reading from a script, not very natural.We have always used baking paper.Use in the George Forman, on the BBQ plate and for all the other obvious things.Great stuff.
