I have been given a bag of jaffas (yum) and want to do some baking.
Suggestions on how to use them? I was thinking cookies but any other ideas are welcome

yeah i made choc chip cookies using jaffas instead one time, and also added some orange rind to the mix to really add to the chocolate/orange combination. looked quite cool to smash some of the jaffas and keep some whole before mixing them in

Chocolate Brownie's are fabulous with Jaffa's.. spread the mix in the tin and place a Jaffa in the centre of where you'll cut each piece, press it down so the mix covers the Jaffa.. bake as usual.. makes for lovely surprise Jaffa's in the brownie.. yum!
