Limes...are ripening....what can I do?

Have frozen juice and rind for summer cocktails but does anyone have some savoury dishes using limes?

Pan fry fish then into pan with cooked fish sprinkle with lime juice, chili, coriander, salt and pepper and a knob of butter. Lift out fish and pour whats left in the pan over it. Serve with rice. Best way to have fish! YUM! You can do it with chicken too,
