I am hoping someone might be able to help me out.I remember a recipe from Alison Holst Simply Delicious Recipe Book for a Creamy Seafood Cocktail which was devine.It had cream, paprika, nutmeg and I think curry. Can anyone help me out with the recipe or something similar.Thanks in advance.

Found a recipe by Helen Jackson for you if this is any help....
1/2 cup whipped cream 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp tomato sauce 2 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp curry powder 1 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce 1/2 avocado, roughly chopped 10 cooked king prawns
1. Combine cream, mayonnaise, tomato sauce, lemon juice and curry powder in a small bowl.
2. Arrange lettuce leaves in the base of two martini glasses or small bowls. Scatter with avocado chunks and arrange king prawns on top.
3. Spoon over sauce and serve.

Half and half whipped cream and seafood cocktail sauce also works well.
