Bought some yesterday and used a bit last nite but how do i store the rest?

keep it in the fridge and it will be fine for a few days maybe longer though best used fresh.

Pop it into a plastic bag and inflate and tie knot, I find this keeps it a few days longer than normal.

Wet a heavy duty paper towel and wrap around both the leaves and roots and keep in the vege bin.
