Suet is the fat, usually from around the kidneys.If buying it from a supermarket it can be found under the brand name 'Shreddo' and it is usually on the shelves in the same area as the oils, etc., in a margarine-type container.IMO it is not a cheap item at around $6.50-$7.00 for a 250g tub - if you do choose to buy and use it, I suggest that you store it in the freezer for longer storage.:-))
